We accept OEM/ODM projects and orders for existing silicone rubber products. Send a drawing or reference sample, intended use, material requirements and order quantity for a manufacturing review.
A new product shape requires a product-mould review. Adding a logo to an existing product is a separate marking decision; ask for product moulds, logo setup and unit production costs to be identified separately in the quote.

Consider silk screen printing for solid-color logos, symbols or text on silicone mats, keypads and other silicone products.
Single-color and multi-color designs are supported. The artwork, color separations and printing surface determine the proposed setup.
For multiple colors, confirm registration and appearance on a sample of the actual product.
Send vector artwork, required colors, print size and position. Agree the sample appearance and any use-specific testing requirements before production.

Consider coating when the product needs a particular surface feel or ESD performance. These are different requirements; the coating must be selected and verified for the intended application.
Describe the substrate, intended use and required surface or electrical performance. Our technical team can review coating options; approve the relevant sample and test criteria rather than assuming every coating provides ESD resistance.

Consider laser engraving for logos or text when you want to avoid a dedicated logo mould. Review the material, surface finish, marking position and contrast on a sample of the actual product.
No logo mould refers to the engraving process. It does not waive the cost of a product mould for a new shape, or other setup and production charges. Confirm these costs separately.

Consider heat transfer printing for complex, full-color patterns on silicone products. The product surface and artwork must be reviewed for process suitability.
Compare the setup and unit costs with screen printing using your actual artwork and order quantity. Quantity alone does not determine the suitable method; confirm pattern detail, finish and sample acceptance before selecting it.

A sample or a couple of samples will be made to verify the design before mass production.
Agree what the sample must demonstrate: dimensions and fit, color, logo position, finish, packaging and any applicable test requirements. Record the approved specification before mass production.

Besides the products, we also help customers with package solutions, including designing, sourcing, and final product package.
Share the packaging format, material, artwork, labels and units per pack. Confirm the selected packaging material and any environmental claims against its actual specification.

Provide the destination and preferred trade term when requesting a shipping quote.
Shipping partners can review transport and import arrangements. Confirm freight, taxes, documents, customs responsibilities and delivery scope for the quoted trade term and destination.
Door delivery is subject to the agreed shipping service and destination.
Send the product drawing or reference, intended use, target market, quantity and required delivery date. For decoration, include vector artwork, colors, size and placement; for packaging, include the format, artwork and pack contents. Identify any material, dimensional, surface or testing requirements that the sample must meet.
The quote should distinguish product-mould cost, logo or printing setup, samples, unit production, packaging and shipping. Confirm the selected process and approved sample before agreeing the production schedule.
